Terms of Use for LovePact
29 September 2026
The service
These terms are between you and Endeavour Media Limited for the LovePact iOS app. LovePact lets two people connect their own accounts as a couple and make phone-free pacts that both of them join.
At launch, sign-in is Sign in with Apple only. You need an Apple ID. Use your own.
Eligibility
LovePact is not directed at children. You may use it to connect only with a person who chooses to connect with you.
A couple connection is voluntary
An invitation does nothing until the other person accepts it with their own LovePact account. You may not connect someone who has not agreed. Either person may decline or cancel a pending invitation. Either person may disconnect later.
Disconnecting ends the couple connection. It does not silently reconnect you. Connecting again requires a new invitation and a new acceptance.
LovePact is not a tool for covert monitoring. You cannot see your partner’s selected apps, Screen Time, attempts to open blocked apps, attempt counts, or attempt times. Your partner cannot see yours.
Pacts
A pact is voluntary. It includes the shared terms you both accept, such as the moment, timing, and any optional note. It starts only when both people participate.
LovePact does not guarantee that you or your partner will keep a pact. During an active pact, Screen Time on each phone can block the apps or categories that person chose on that phone. That block is not a promise of behavior. A person may end their own side of a pact early. The other person is not shown a live feed of that choice, and is not shown the apps involved.
An accepted pact is not erased merely because Couple Plan coverage ends later. Starting a new pact, or accepting a new one, requires the couple to have Couple Plan coverage at that time.
Screen Time
Screen Time features use Apple’s Family Controls permission on each device. You choose apps or categories only for your own phone. Your partner chooses only for theirs. Selections stay on the device that made them. LovePact does not upload them and does not let one person inspect the other’s list.
Permission can be denied or withdrawn in iOS. Without it, that phone cannot select apps for a pact. LovePact cannot override a person’s iOS settings, and it cannot control a phone that has not granted permission.
Couple Plan subscriptions
Couple Plan is an auto-renewable subscription billed by Apple through your Apple ID. The products are:
- weekly: co.endeavourmedia.lovepact.couple.weekly
- yearly: co.endeavourmedia.lovepact.couple.yearly
There is no free trial. Family Sharing is off. The price, billing period, and renewal price are shown by Apple in the purchase sheet before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple handles the charge.
One paid Couple Plan can cover both connected LovePact accounts. The other person does not need a separate subscription while you are connected and the plan is active. Coverage is applied by LovePact to the connected couple. It is not Family Sharing, and it is not a transfer of the Apple subscription.
The person whose purchase first succeeds is the subscription owner. The app does not transfer that ownership to the other account. Restore Purchases, in Settings under Couple Plan after you are connected, restores the Apple purchase for the same subscriber. It does not move the subscription onto your partner’s account.
RevenueCat is the billing infrastructure LovePact uses to read subscription state. LovePact’s backend decides couple access. Superwall only presents the paywall.
Cancellation stays with Apple
Cancel or manage the subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Disconnecting from your partner does not cancel the subscription and does not transfer it. If you bought it, you keep it. Your former partner loses couple coverage from that plan when the connection ends.
Deleting your LovePact account does not cancel the App Store subscription. Apple can keep charging until you cancel with Apple. The delete-account confirmation says this and links to Apple’s subscription management page.
If Couple Plan coverage lapses, an accepted pact that already exists can continue through its own end. New create and accept actions require coverage.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- connect, or attempt to monitor, someone who has not agreed
- use LovePact to harass or deceive another person
- try to obtain the other person’s private app selections or Screen Time details
- interfere with the service, other people’s accounts, or the billing systems
- misuse invitations, including by presenting a connection as accepted before it is
We may refuse or end access when use breaks these terms. Ending access in LovePact does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription.
Availability and changes
LovePact may change, suspend, or remove features. Screen Time behavior also depends on Apple’s operating system and on the permission and selections on each phone. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Pacts depend on both people and on each phone’s Screen Time setup. A failure of permission, network, or notification delivery does not by itself rewrite a pact’s shared result rules.
Responsibility
LovePact is a consumer app for voluntary couple pacts. It does not guarantee relationship outcomes, that a pact will be kept, or that a particular app will stay blocked in every iOS condition.
To the extent applicable law allows, Endeavour Media Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of LovePact, or from a person not keeping a pact. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Ending your account
You may stop using LovePact at any time. Sign-out keeps the account. Delete Account, in Settings, is the account-deletion control.
When deletion is accepted, the account is unusable immediately. There is no in-app period for cancelling that request. Our servers may take additional time to finish removing the account. Deletion ends the couple connection and current pacts. It does not cancel the Apple subscription. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes and what shared history can remain for the other person.
