Privacy Policy for LovePact

29 September 2026

This policy describes how LovePact processes information when you use the LovePact iOS app. It is written to match the app that ships, not a generic template.

Who we are

LovePact is operated by Endeavour Media Limited. In this policy, “LovePact”, “we”, and “us” mean that operator.

Questions about this policy go to support@endeavourmedia.co.

What LovePact is

LovePact lets two people voluntarily connect their own LovePact accounts as a couple and make phone-free pacts together. A pact starts only when both people take part. LovePact is not a monitoring product. It does not track location. It does not show one person the other person’s Screen Time, selected apps, or attempts to open blocked apps.

At launch, the only way to sign in is Sign in with Apple.

Information we process

Account and sign-in

When you sign in, Apple provides an identity token and a stable Apple user identifier. LovePact sends the identity token to our authentication provider, Supabase, to create and recognize your account. Supabase keeps the authenticated user id and the Apple identity linkage for that account.

The sign-in request asks Apple for a name and an email address. LovePact does not use that Apple name or email as your in-app identity, and your partner never sees your email. Apple can still include an email address, including a private relay address, in the identity token the first time you authorize the app. That is part of Sign in with Apple even though LovePact’s own profile record does not store a separate email for product features.

On your device, LovePact stores the Apple user identifier in the Keychain so it can ask Apple whether Sign in with Apple is still valid for this app. That identifier is not displayed and is not shared with your partner.

If Apple provides an authorization code, LovePact may keep a credential so it can ask Apple to revoke this app’s Sign in with Apple token when you delete your account.

Profile

After you sign in, LovePact asks you to choose a display name. That name is stored with your account and can be shown to a person you connect with. It is the name LovePact uses. It is not your Apple email.

Couple and pact information

If you connect with someone, both of you do so on purpose. LovePact stores the couple connection, invitation state, and the shared pact you both agreed to. Shared pact information can include the moment, timing, an optional short note, an optional token stake, status, and the shared result after the pact ends.

Your partner can see that shared pact information and your display name. Your partner cannot see:

  • the apps or categories you selected
  • which apps you tried to open
  • how many times you tried
  • when you tried

LovePact does not upload those details. The app does not keep a server record of attempt counts or attempt times. Shield screens shown by Screen Time are handled on the device and are not sent to LovePact as a usage log.

LovePact also stores account-level subscription coverage for the couple, and security events related to actions such as an account-deletion request. Those security events are not a product analytics stream. They do not include app selections, emails, or display names.

Purchases and subscriptions

Couple Plan is an auto-renewable subscription sold by Apple. The products are:

  • co.endeavourmedia.lovepact.couple.weekly
  • co.endeavourmedia.lovepact.couple.yearly

There is no free trial. Family Sharing is off.

LovePact uses RevenueCat as billing infrastructure. RevenueCat processes purchase and subscription state, including the RevenueCat app user id (your LovePact account id) and the product and subscription identifiers Apple reports. LovePact’s own backend decides whether the connected couple has Couple Plan coverage. One paid plan can cover both connected accounts. The subscription stays with the person who bought it. The app does not transfer that ownership to the other person.

Superwall presents the paywall. Purchase and revenue events for that presentation go through the RevenueCat integration. Superwall is not a separate LovePact analytics product.

Notifications and device registration

Notifications are optional. If you allow them, LovePact registers this install so it can send pact-related pushes through Apple Push Notification service. That registration includes:

  • the APNs device token
  • an install id created by the app
  • the app version
  • whether the token is for the sandbox or production push environment

This is not an advertising identifier. LovePact does not use it to track you across other companies’ apps or websites. The push payload does not include your selected apps.

Screen Time and information that stays on your phone

If you use Screen Time blocking, iOS asks for Family Controls permission on your phone. You choose the apps or categories to block. That choice, including a saved default selection and any staged selection, stays in local storage on your device (an App Group shared with LovePact’s Screen Time extensions). The enforcement data those extensions need for the current pact also stays on the device.

LovePact does not upload your Screen Time selection. Your partner cannot pick apps for your phone, and you cannot see theirs. A pact can still show a neutral readiness state, such as whether the other person has a selection on their own phone, without naming the apps.

What we do not collect

LovePact does not include a product analytics SDK, an advertising SDK, or an App Tracking Transparency prompt. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the data above to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

We do not collect location. We do not collect contacts, photos, health data, or a server-side copy of your Screen Time selections. We do not collect attempt counts or attempt timestamps.

Why we process information

We process the information above to:

  • create and secure your account
  • show the display name you chose
  • connect two people who both agree, and run the pacts they both join
  • sell, restore, and apply Couple Plan coverage
  • send optional pact notifications
  • block, on your own phone, the apps you chose during a pact
  • delete an account when you ask, and protect the service against abuse

How long we keep it

We keep account, couple, pact, subscription, and device-registration information while your account exists and we need it to provide LovePact.

When a deletion request is accepted, the account becomes unusable immediately. There is no waiting period in which you can cancel deletion inside the app. Finishing the deletion on our servers can take additional time after that.

Some information can remain in a reduced form after deletion. Your partner’s shared pact history can remain so their account still makes sense. Your display-name attribution is removed from that history where the product is designed to do so. Your partner is not told that the reason was account deletion. A billing record of the Apple subscription can remain so a later sign-in with the same subscription can be recognized. That record is not a way to transfer the subscription to someone else. Push tokens for the deleted account are cleared when deletion is accepted.

Screen Time selections stored only on your phone are removed from LovePact’s local storage when the deletion is accepted on that phone, and also when you sign out. Disconnecting a couple does not delete your account. After a disconnect, pact-specific selections on that phone are cleared, and a reusable default selection can remain on the device for you.

We do not promise a fixed number of years for each category. Retention follows the account, the other person’s remaining shared history, security, and subscription recognition described above.

Account deletion and your Apple subscription

You can delete your LovePact account in Settings. Accepting deletion ends the couple connection and current pacts, and the account cannot be used after that.

Deleting your LovePact account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Apple keeps billing until you cancel the subscription with Apple. Disconnecting from your partner also does not cancel the subscription and does not transfer it.

Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. The delete-account confirmation includes a link to Apple’s subscription page for that purpose.

Service providers

We use these providers to run LovePact:

  • Supabase hosts authentication and the LovePact database, including account, couple, pact, subscription-coverage, device-registration, and security-event data. LovePact account data is stored in the European Union (Ireland).
  • RevenueCat processes subscription state and App Store server notifications for Couple Plan.
  • Superwall presents paywalls. Revenue events for that integration are received through RevenueCat.
  • Apple provides Sign in with Apple, App Store billing, push delivery, and the Screen Time / Family Controls features that run on your device.

These providers process information for the purposes in this policy. They may process it in the United States and other countries where they operate, as well as in the region above. We do not publish a data-protection-officer contact because one is not designated in our product records. Use support@endeavourmedia.co.

Security

We use access controls so people can reach their own account data, and we use encrypted connections to our providers. No app or host can promise that security will never fail. If you believe your account is at risk, contact support@endeavourmedia.co.

Children

LovePact is not directed at children. It is a couple app that requires two people to connect on purpose. We do not knowingly offer it as a child-directed service. A specific numeric minimum age is not stated here because LovePact has not adopted a separate published age rule beyond that.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes. The version on this page is the version that applies.
