LovePact
LovePact is a couple app from Endeavour Media Limited. Two people sign in on their own phones and connect only when both accept.
Email support@endeavourmedia.co and include your display name, what you expected, and what happened. Do not send passwords. LovePact does not use a password. Sign in with Apple is the only sign-in method.
Email support@endeavourmedia.coLovePact signs you in with the Apple ID on your iPhone. If sign-in fails, confirm that you are online and that Sign in with Apple is allowed for this Apple ID, then try again. Signing out in LovePact Settings does not delete the account. You can sign in again on this phone.
Your partner never sees your Apple email address.
One person creates an invitation. The other person accepts it from their own LovePact account. The connection is not active until that acceptance. Either person can decline or cancel a pending invitation.
A full couple experience needs two accounts. One phone cannot complete pairing by itself.
LovePact can block apps during a pact only on the phone that granted Screen Time access and chose those apps. Each person chooses on their own phone. Your partner cannot see your list, and you cannot see theirs.
If permission is off, open Settings in LovePact and set up Screen Time access, or turn LovePact on under iOS Screen Time settings. Pairing itself does not require Screen Time. Sending or accepting a pact does, on each phone.
Notifications are optional. LovePact still works if you decline them. You may not get an alert when a pact is proposed, so open the app to check. You can change notification permission later in iOS Settings.
Couple Plan is a weekly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. There is no free trial. The price is shown by Apple before you confirm. Family Sharing is off.
One Couple Plan can cover both connected LovePact accounts. Only one of you needs to subscribe. The subscription belongs to the Apple ID that bought it. It is not transferred to the other person.
If you already subscribed and coverage is missing, open Settings, Couple Plan, and tap Restore Purchases after you are signed in and connected. Restore checks the Apple purchase for this account. It does not move a subscription onto your partner’s account.
If the purchase sheet does not appear or the price does not load, check your network and Apple ID, then try again. You are not charged unless you confirm a purchase with Apple.
If your partner’s Couple Plan already covers your connection, you do not need to buy a second subscription to use couple features. You will not see their receipt. If coverage is missing, they may need to restore on the account that purchased, or the subscription may have expired.
Either person can disconnect from Settings. Disconnecting ends the couple connection and unfinished pacts. It does not cancel an Apple subscription and does not transfer one. The person who paid keeps the subscription. The other person loses coverage from that plan.
Connecting again requires a new invitation and a new acceptance.
Settings includes Delete Account. Confirming it deletes the LovePact account. The account cannot be used after the request is accepted. There is no in-app cancel window. The couple connection and current pacts end. Your partner is not told that you deleted the account.
Deleting LovePact does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Cancel the subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. The delete-account confirmation also offers Manage Subscription, which opens Apple’s subscription page. Cancelling in Apple settings stops future renewal. It is separate from deleting the LovePact account and separate from disconnecting.
Your selected apps stay on your phone. LovePact does not upload them, and it does not record attempt counts or attempt times for your partner to see. For the full explanation, read the Privacy Policy.
