No Babe is an iPhone app designed to help you pause before opening apps connected to scrolling, checking, comparison, impulse use or late-night habits. You can choose protection modes and an intervention style that helps you decide whether to continue.
Breath Check guides you through a short breathing pause before asking whether you want to return to your chosen intention or continue anyway.
Mirror Check is an optional intervention style that uses your front camera as a live mirror-style preview alongside a reflective message. Camera access is optional, and Breath Check remains available if you do not want to use the camera.
No. Mirror Check is designed to show a live camera preview only. No Babe does not capture, save or upload images or video from Mirror Check.
No Babe is designed to use Apple's Screen Time controls, with your permission, to help interrupt access to apps you choose during your active protection times. Available functionality may depend on the version of the app installed and the permissions you enable.
When subscriptions are available, purchases made through the iPhone app will be managed through your Apple Account and App Store subscription settings.
