Terms of Use for No Babe

These Terms of Use apply to No Babe, an application operated by Endeavour Media Limited, trading as Endeavour Media (“Endeavour Media”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing or using No Babe, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

No Babe is a self-control and wellness tool designed to help you pause before opening selected apps. Depending on the version and permissions you enable, No Babe may provide protection modes, intervention experiences, schedules, recap information and app-blocking functionality using Apple device controls.

In v1, No Babe blocks apps and app categories you select through Apple’s FamilyActivityPicker. It does not block websites. Blocking and intervention behaviour depend on Apple permissions, your device settings and the configuration you choose.

The current version of No Babe does not require an account or sign-in.

You may use No Babe only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for configuring your device permissions and using the app in a way that is appropriate for your circumstances.

No Babe is intended for personal digital wellbeing use. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, or use the app with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

No Babe uses Apple’s Screen Time and Family Controls APIs, where available and where you grant permission, to help interrupt or limit access to apps and app categories you select during active protection periods.

You select apps and app categories through Apple’s FamilyActivityPicker. Apple provides these selections as opaque tokens. No Babe does not receive readable app names from your selections.

App-blocking functionality depends on compatible device features, required permissions, Apple platform capabilities and your selected settings. If permissions are disabled, revoked or unavailable, some protection features may not work as expected.

No Babe may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased in the iPhone app through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit.

The exact subscription name, duration, price, renewal terms and any free trial or introductory offer will be shown in the app and on Apple’s purchase confirmation screen before you subscribe.

Where subscriptions are offered:

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple’s subscription terms.
• Renewal charges are made through your Apple Account.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings. Restore Purchases and Manage Subscription are also available in No Babe Settings.
• If a free trial or introductory offer is configured for a plan in App Store Connect, it will be shown clearly before purchase and will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial or offer ends, in accordance with the terms shown at purchase.

If subscription prices, features or availability change, those changes will be handled in accordance with Apple’s App Store rules and any notices shown by Apple or in the app.

Cancellations, refunds and subscription management are handled by Apple through your Apple Account and App Store settings. Endeavour Media does not process App Store payments directly.

Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies. Restore Purchases is available in No Babe Settings to restore qualifying purchases on a device linked to your Apple Account.

No Babe is a self-control and wellness tool. It is not medical, psychological or mental-health treatment, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental-health condition.

If you need professional support, contact an appropriate qualified professional or local support service.

You agree not to:

• misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer or disrupt No Babe, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise;
• use the app for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes;
• use No Babe to control, monitor or restrict another person’s device or app usage without their knowledge, permission or legal authority;
• attempt to circumvent Apple permissions, subscription access controls or platform safeguards.

No Babe, its branding, design, text and associated website content are owned by or licensed to Endeavour Media and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use No Babe in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s applicable licence terms.

We may update, modify or discontinue features of No Babe over time. Some features depend on Apple permissions, entitlements, operating-system behaviour or platform services outside our control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app or any particular feature.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, No Babe is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Endeavour Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of No Babe.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence.

If you download or purchase No Babe through Apple’s App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and licence terms. Apple is responsible for processing App Store payments and subscription management through your Apple Account.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for No Babe. Support questions should be directed to Endeavour Media at support@endeavourmedia.co.
