Terms of Use for No Babe

These Terms of Use apply to No Babe, an application operated by Endeavour Media Limited, trading as Endeavour Media (“Endeavour Media”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

No Babe is designed to help users pause before opening selected apps during moments connected to scrolling, checking, comparison, impulse use or late-night habits. Depending on the version and permissions enabled, No Babe may provide protection modes, intervention experiences, recap information and app-blocking functionality using Apple device controls.

By using No Babe, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

You may use No Babe only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for configuring your device permissions and using the app in a way that is appropriate for your circumstances.

No Babe is intended for personal digital wellbeing and productivity use. You must not attempt to misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer or disrupt the app, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

No Babe is a digital wellbeing and productivity tool. It is not medical, psychological or mental-health treatment, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental-health condition.

If you are experiencing distress or believe you need professional support, seek help from an appropriate qualified professional or local support service.

No Babe may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased within the iPhone app through Apple’s App Store.

Where subscriptions are offered:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, subject to Apple’s applicable subscription terms.
• Renewal charges are made through your Apple Account.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Any free trial or introductory offer, where available, will be shown clearly before purchase and will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial or offer ends, in accordance with the terms shown at purchase.

Actual subscription options, billing periods, prices and any introductory offers are shown in the app and/or on the App Store purchase screen before you subscribe. Prices may vary by country or region and are managed through Apple’s App Store.

We may update, modify or discontinue features of No Babe over time, including intervention styles, protection modes and recap features. We will not intentionally misrepresent the features available in the version of the app offered to users.

Some features may depend on Apple permissions, entitlements, operating-system behaviour or third-party platform services outside our control.

No Babe, its branding, design, text and associated website content are owned by or licensed to Endeavour Media and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use No Babe in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s applicable licence terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, No Babe is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will eliminate unwanted phone use, prevent every attempted app opening or produce a particular personal outcome.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence.
